Music won't just sound great anymore, it will look great too. Thanks to the Two DIN audio system in the Xylo. This audio system comes with ergonomically designed buttons and a large display. What's more, it has a wide range of data input options from SD cards to USB drives to even an aux-in facility and plays MP3 discs too

Turn on the ignition and you'll feel 112 BHP of power surging through the vehicle. That's the 2498cc mEagle engine right there. Developed on the NEF CRDe platform, this engine is nippy yet solid.  When a burst of power is needed, the top mounted intercooler comes to the rescue. It goes from 0 to 60 in a measly 5.8 seconds. Dual pilot injection increases the Xylo's drivability scores, while advanced engine damping and hydraulic lash adjustor technology keep this engine below the radar, through your drive

The Xylo's radio antenna is all glass and you will find it embedded in the rear glass window.  The glass antenna does two things. It enhances the aesthetics of the vehicle (no long, steel rod jutting out of the sides of the car). And it provides for a bigger reception area, thus enhancing the audio quality dramatically

The front grill grips you instantly. It is striking, refined and undoubtedly masculine. What’s more, the slick, chrome slats add to the imposing stance of the vehicle

Go ahead floor the brakes in a puddle. Don't brace for the worst, because it will never come. That's because of the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS). It makes sure that the wheels wont lock up, and don't  lose steering control. It works just as well on gravel, oil, snow or any other slippery surface

Another piece of engineering in this car is the transponder based Engine Immobiliser. As the name suggests, this feature immobilizes the engine when there is an unlawful entry. When an inappropriate key is used to start the car, the system recognizes it and promptly shuts off the supply of fuel to the engine, thus stalling it.

Ultrasonic sensors in the rear bumper ensure that reverse parking is a breeze. The vehicle starts beeping when it comes within 120 cms of any object, so that you don't inadvertently drive into the bumper of a car behind or even a wall.

Think of them as knives of light. They simply cut through thick fog and moonless nights to give you better visibility.  The low, wide beam of light makes sure that you see what is ahead, and also that others see you

Crumple zones are specially created areas in the hull of the car that take on the impact of a collision. They do so by 'crumpling' in a preplanned manner, thus keeping the force of the impact away from the occupants inside
